Hand Loading of Conventional Components

All components are hand inserted by well trained staff. All PC boards are then soldered through a Wave Flow Solder Machine.

Inspection

All SMD boards that are manufactured at Technique are inspected to ensure the quality of the SMD manufacturing process.

Quality Control

All the PCB's are inspected for a final quality check.The PCB's are then wrapped and packed in anti-static packaging for delivery.

Testing

A service offered by Technique is the testing of each PCB. This ensures that the customer is given a fully tested working product.
